Basic terms for tennis clubs using SMASH! Live.
SMASH! Live is provided by Jim Hendrik Meininghaus, Lohstrasse 2, 46459 Rees, Germany. Contact: info@smash-live.de.
SMASH! enables tennis clubs to livestream matches via their own YouTube channel with live score, optional sponsor placements and a public club page. The service is intended for clubs, coaches, teams and authorised club admins.
A club voluntarily connects its own YouTube channel via Google OAuth. SMASH! uses the granted access only to create club-initiated livestreams, store stream information and display the relevant livestream on the club page.
The club remains responsible for its own YouTube channel, all published content, rights to image, sound and music, and compliance with YouTube rules.
The club must ensure that only authorised persons access the SMASH! backend, app, buttons, watches and streaming hardware. The club is responsible for obtaining all required permissions for recordings and livestreams, especially with regard to minors, spectators, players and coaches.
SMASH! is in a production-oriented build-up and beta phase. Functionality may depend on internet connection, YouTube availability, end device, camera, button connection and local hardware. Uninterrupted availability or error-free transmission cannot be guaranteed.
SMASH! must not be used for unlawful content, hidden recordings, misleading streams, rights infringements or unauthorised access to third-party YouTube channels.
Information about personal data processing and the use of Google and YouTube data is available in the Privacy Policy.
Prices, term, hardware, setup and support are defined individually or according to the agreed offer. These Terms of Service do not replace an individually concluded contract.
Questions about SMASH!, the YouTube connection or usage can be sent to info@smash-live.de.
